Patience Key Foundation's Board and staff are expected to act in the best interests of the organization and the communities it serves.

Summary

Board members, officers, and staff must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationship that could reasonably be seen to conflict with the Foundation's interests, including relationships with vendors, grant recipients, or program partners. Individuals with a disclosed conflict recuse themselves from related discussions and decisions.

The Foundation's full Conflict of Interest Policy is available to the Board and, upon request, to donors and partners for governance review.
