Safe, informed, and connected communities are better prepared to protect vulnerable people and respond to disruption. Working within its nonprofit role and through qualified partners, the Foundation can support community preparedness, violence-prevention education, youth engagement, public-safety awareness, and resilience planning without representing itself as a law-enforcement or emergency-response agency.
